I Did Not Need a New Face….I Just Needed Dr.Cross

I had a lateral brow lift and fat transfer under my eyes with Dr. Cross and I’m so happy with my experience and my results.
Before surgery, I just didn’t feel like myself when I looked in the mirror. I knew something had changed, but I honestly couldn’t pinpoint exactly what I was unhappy with or what needed to be done. Dr. Cross immediately understood what I was seeing and knew exactly what to do. That’s where his artistic eye really stands out. I never wanted to look different or “done” — I just wanted to look like myself again. And somehow, I now feel like I look the way I did 10 years ago.
Dr. Cross is truly an artist and a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He has such an eye for detail, really listens, and his results are incredibly natural.
One of the things I appreciated most was how easy he was to communicate with, especially during recovery. Anyone who has had surgery knows recovery can come with a million little questions and moments of wondering, “Is this normal?” Dr. Cross was always responsive, patient and reassuring.
I also have to give a huge thank you to the nurses in his practice. They were amazing throughout my recovery — always kind, helpful and available when I had questions or needed reassurance. Having that level of support after surgery made such a difference.
The entire experience felt very personal, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Cross is incredibly talented, meticulous and professional, but also very approachable. Trusting someone with your face is a big decision, and I’m so glad I trusted him with mine. I feel like myself again — just a younger, refreshed version — and I couldn’t be happier.
