Office review: unacceptable conditions

Hello girls,

I want to write about my experience with them and especially with the assistant of Dr Resit, named Maria.

Like everyone else I liked the instagram results of doctor and I booked my surgery in december 2022, paying 1000 euros deposit. The time has arrived and at the airport a car is waiting for me that drives me to the hotel. I am being told not to eat or drink after midnight because I will have the surgery next day, but WHAT THEY WONT TELL YOU is that the surgery is not in the morning, even though they want you at the hospital by 6 am.

I made very clear to Maria in numerous messages that I want to have FIRSTLY a CONSULTATION with the doctor, because I WANT TO MAKE SURE he understands MY NEEDS and thats he is the right doctor for me. Ofc she kept saying I will have the consultation in the morning, basically in the same day as the surgery, which anywhere else in the western europe, is absolutely unprofessional.

Im getting up at 5 am, a car is picking me up and on my way to the hospital the driver picks 2 more girls. At the hospital they are getting my blood, they are having some papers to complete ( there were rhinoplasty papers and I was having done endoscopic brow lift and I had to wait until Maria showed up at 8 am at the hospital and I explained the error. She is like: dont worry youll complete the right papers after surgery, like yeah -Im sure I am very lucid after the anesthesia-) and made me completely unsure of their services. Then she is telling me to wait for the doctor to arrive so I can have the consultation. AGAIN I HAVENT HAD WATER from the night before and I was getting very thirsty is 9 am and nothing happened. The doctor finally arrives like a little flower at almost 10 am and asks for the 2 girls that have been picked up after me in the office for the consultation. I am getting very annoyed because I am thirsty and I am tired to wait since 6 am for a damn consultation. Time is flying and is almost LUNCH and I havent had my consultation, nor a damn glass of water.

HONESTLY this is a joke.

They literarally dont give a [RS bleep] about you or how you feel. I kept texting her and told her having a consultation on an empty stomach, WITH NO WATER since the night before is just direspect for their patients and that I should have had the surgery at the first hour in the morning not in the afteroon after Im all weak waiting for a damn consultation. She is just an arrogant woman with 0 social kills.

I couldnt accept these conditions and I left. I wont allow anyone to treat me this way. Not listening to my concerns and not talking to me through everything.

Imagine actually getting a surgery with them and having them to deal with your post care when they are not even capable of taking care of you prior surgery. Is a joke. Unprofessionals.

And to mention this is not the first time going to a surgeon. Ive been in many western countries and they laugh when they hear about turks and their services with same day consult and same day surgery, like they dont even want to give you time to change your mind. Making you to wait, making you weak so you cant say no after you have been waiting for so long to get in.

In EVERY NORMAL COUNTRY you pay for the consultation with the doctor you chose, talk about what do you want to have done, tell him about your concerns, risks, etc. BUT THERES NOWHERE , besides Turkey same day surgery and consultation. What if I dont feel he is the right surgeon for me? How do you leave ? You cant. Because you pay deposit. Thats how they make money and thats why there are so many doctors with bad reviews and thats why so many girls complain about the post care surgery, because THERE IS NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION. I spoke with many girls on instagram and I have screenshots of them complaining about them not answering if something goes wrong with the surgery.

Dissapointed.

I lost my deposit ofc, but I dont care. For me is important to feel I am taken care of properly and not to feel I am in a chicken factory.
