Just NO - I really wanted to like this Dr.

I really wanted to like this Dr. His bedside manner was perfect, his "niceness" is all there, his confidence in helping and making you believe you can look normal again after another doctor not only hurt your face, but also destroyed you mentally, was there. Dr. Robb kept nickel and diming me for about a year. I was so desperate to fix my cheeks from a botched deep plane face lift by DR. STONG (Beware of that one), that I stayed. Even though I had fillers to try to fix my cheeks before, he convinced me to try "his" way. He recommended I not have a brow lift by another eye doctor, but when the fillers didn't work, he sure did recommend he do the brow lift to debunch along with CO2 laser (which I had also already had but he convinced me his settings were different). Right after the lift, I saw the left side was much lower but I counted on healing to even things out. It's been a little under a year and the left side never "took". It didn't "fall" it just never lifted from the get go. He then offered to do a complete revision for just my cheeks for 56k but said it may not work (all surgeries pose that risk of course). HOWEVER, to revise the brow lift that he messed up, he told me he didn't feel comfortable because of my weight. OH REALLY, you just offered to do a 56k revision of someone else's work!!! He finally agreed to revise the one left brow but wanted to charge me 2300.00 for it, in office, AWAKE! All in all, I spent over 15,000.00 with this doc and nothing was fixed, nothing looks even mildly improved and I've left with a nice little boost to my trauma from these kinds of Dr.s. LESSON LEARNED!!! I'm not a difficult patient or case. I just had my left cheek totally fixed for 2000, from a local doctor with direct excision. The scar is already barely noticeable. Don't be fooled by his praying over you, or his kind demeanor, you are nothing more than dollar signs to him and if your case is out of his scope of skill, he'll find ways to charge you for little things that in the end, will add up and leave you shaking your head at how gullible you are. I went to him based off his reviews....huge mistake. I recommended another Stong patient to him, because of his "niceness" and he did the same thing to her, I felt horrible for her!
