I Had Horrible Experience with Dr Medine

I had a gliding brow lift procedure with this clinic after being told it was a long-lasting/permanent result with minimal downtime and mild swelling/bruising.
Unfortunately, my experience was very different. I experienced significant swelling and bruising for weeks, much more than what was explained to me before the procedure. After around 5 months, my brows returned almost completely to their original position and several other plastic surgeons told me the result was either minimal or unsuccessful.
I also found the difference in communication before and after the procedure very disappointing. Before surgery, the clinic was extremely attentive and responsive. However, after the procedure, when I expressed concerns and dissatisfaction with the result, I felt ignored rather than supported or understood as a patient.
I was not properly informed about the intensity of the recovery process or what to realistically expect afterward. When I tried to discuss my concerns about the unsuccessful outcome, I did not feel that my situation was genuinely evaluated.
What disappointed me the most was the way I was treated after expressing dissatisfaction with the result. Instead of feeling heard or supported, I felt like I was being treated as an enemy simply for sharing my concerns.
During our most recent video call, the doctor did not even examine my brows or discuss the outcome. Instead, I was told, “I will not do anything for you again,” and the call was abruptly ended on my face. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and upsetting after everything I went through physically, emotionally, and financially for this procedure.
I am sharing my honest experience so other patients can make an informed decision.
