Horrible Experience

I had eyelid and brow surgery at this office and it was one of the most traumatic medical experiences I’ve ever had. I was told the incisions would be hidden and that I would be kept comfortable, but that was not the case. I was severely under-sedated, aware, and in significant pain. I was physically held down while begging for help. Only at the end I received some shot to not be as aware of the severe pain.

The results are devastating. The incisions were placed in visible areas on my forehead, not where I was told they would be, and now I cannot even wear my hair back without exposing the scars. My eyelids show no improvement, and I am left with both physical and emotional damage from this procedure.

Patients deserve honesty, compassion, and safe care. I did not receive that here.
