Highly Recommend Dr. Rad
I had a number of procedures performed by Dr. Rad. I initially consulted with him because of a sagging, asymmetric brow. We discussed my initial concern and he recommended a brow lift. After further discussions, I decided to add procedures--not because he ever tried to “upsell” me, but because, upon me asking, we discussed “balance” and “proportion” and his answers led me to consider additional procedures to achieve my aesthetic goals.
Dr. Rad is the consummate professional. He has top-notch credentials and is obviously dedicated to excellence. I had previously consulted with a few plastic surgeons, and he was the only one who made me feel comfortable enough to move forward. During my evaluation, he listened carefully and made thoughtful observations, setting forth options and suggestions. He knew I was nervous about having surgery, and he took the necessary time to explain the procedures, recovery, and realistic outcomes. He was patient and did everything in his power to put me at ease.
Dr. Rad is committed to high safety standards and my surgery was performed at Inova Fairfax. On the day of the surgery, he had a wonderful bedside manner. I was nervous but he exuded calm and I knew I was in good hands. I believe that he honestly cares about his patients and sincerely strives to ensure that they are happy with their results. His staff is also top-notch. The office is pristine and refined. The staff is professional and dedicated. They follow through exactly as they say they will. They ensured that the surgery was scheduled without a hitch and that I had all necessary recovery information and pain medications in advance. They called the day after surgery to ensure that everything was fine and to see if I had any questions.
