I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Okland and his entire team.
I want to be transparent, I researched multiple surgeons before making my decision, and I am so glad I chose him. From the beginning, I felt truly heard. He understood exactly what I wanted to address without any judgment, and more importantly, he was honest about what I actually needed. That meant a lot to me, especially after other consultations where it felt more like I was being pushed toward the most expensive options rather than the right ones.
I was extremely nervous going into this and had a million questions, but he answered every single one with patience, kindness, and real expertise. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. We ultimately decided on a brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and buccal fat removal, and I felt completely confident in that plan.
The surgery process itself was far less stressful than I expected. And I have to give a huge shoutout to my nurse Eric, he made the entire experience feel calm and comfortable and honestly helped ease so much of my anxiety.
Recovery was also incredibly supportive. One thing that really stood out is that Dr. Okland gives his patients his personal number for any post-op questions or concerns. That level of care made a huge difference and gave me so much peace of mind.
And now, the results,
I truly could not be happier. I still look like me, just more refreshed and refined. I don’t have that overdone or “worked on” look at all. Most people can’t even tell I had anything done, they just say things like, “Wow, you look really pretty today,” without being able to pinpoint why.
I’ve always been told I have a unique look, and that hasn’t changed. It just feels elevated now.
On top of that, he is incredibly personable and genuinely feels like he cares about his patients, which is something you can’t fake. His pricing felt very reasonable, honestly lower than what I would expect given his level of skill and results. I also loved that they offered a complimentary pre-op skin readiness consult and post-op bruise treatment at their adjoined med spa, Tone, which was such a thoughtful touch during recovery.
10/10 experience from start to finish. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Okland and his team, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
