WORTH IT
Before and Afters! This is one month post-op. I feel a little tender in some areas, but overall it was a great experience and I am so pleased with my results. I am really glad that Dr. Burgess recommended this instead of a blepharoplasty. I will update with more pictures in a few months, after my follow up.

My Eyes Are OPEN!
I didn’t want JUST a blepharoplasty, because I didn’t want my eyebrows sitting on my eyes! So, Dr. Burgess recommended just the brow lift, specifically a Gliding Brow Lift.
Now my eyebrows are sitting back where they belong, on the bone! I am so thrilled with my experience and my results. I was in some pain during recovery, but the results are so worth it! Thank you so much, Dr. Burgess.

I'm so happy for you. Looking great. (The pic with the stitches freaked me out though!)
Yeah, the stitches were weird and very uncomfortable, but they were only in there for 2 days. When she pulled those out, I felt much better. It all stabilized my forhead though and looks wonderful 6 weeks out. The picture does not do it justice, it looks great. Suzi
What is a gliding brow lift?
" Gliding brow lifting (GBL), a new concept, combines subcutaneous frontal and periorbital detachment with minimal incisions, and elevation and fixation of eyebrows with temporary cuta- neous fixation with the hemostatic net. This technique offers effective, stable results with low rate of complications. " (Google)
Why not just a temporal lift? Never seen this before.
I'll ask my surgeon (20 June ). I've asked TBL and he performed Gilding Brow Lift without consulting me. I've never heard before for GBL. Unfortunately without result :-( ... not good feeling
