Endoscopic brow lift - I am so incredibly happy with my results

WORTH IT
I normally do not leave reviews but I feel compelled to share my amazing experience with Dr. Black. Dr. Black performed an endoscopic brow lift just recently and I have to say I am soooo incredibly happy with my results. Not only is his specialty plastic surgery he is also an ophthalmologist which proves he is an expert in everything that has to do with the eyes! He takes in your considerations and really tries to make you satisfied. His whole team from his office staff to his surgical center are all so professional and welcoming. The anesthesiologist was so comforting, I normally get so sick from anesthesia but this time I did not. Will 100% recommend Dr. Black to anyone considering a brow lift or any cosmetic eye procedure!

Thanks so much for sharing! How was your first week of recovery?

First day or two is just mild pain after that is smooth sailing just swelling. By day 7 swelling will be mostly gone, you will just have bruising under your eyes that u can coverup with concealer. But make sure to take Zofran if you get sick from anesthesia I didn’t have to because surprisingly I felt great after
Yes please more info on recovery experience. Was there lots of swelling, numbness, headache?
Honestly pain was minimal but everyone has a different pain tolerance and you will get prescribed pain meds if needed but I was fine with just Tylenol. After the first two days It was mostly swelling and that got so much better by day 7 I was able to go out bin public after a week. The swelling does get bad like hits it peak by day 2 and 3 then starts to fade.
I’m so glad you had great results and no pain. My experience with a top ocular plastic surgeon different than your surgeon has been the complete opposite. I have a raised hairline, permanent bald spots, extreme nerve pain and my eyes look distorted and extremely hollow, my right eye looks deformed. I had previous upper eyelid surgery and did not have loose hanging skin. I was supposed to have an endoscopic temporal brow lift. I am over a year post op. This has been an absolute nightmare and I used a top expert. I have had the most terrible experience with a procedure presented as minimally invasive. I found that could not be further from the truth. . I regret this procedure every second of every day. Looking in the mirror puts me tears. I understand fixing this is not easy. Botox has not helped. Again I’m happy you had a great result but this is not a painless easy procedure. I have horrible results using a top expert. Before undergoing this procedure please consider all the risks.
Do you have any before or after pics? I have Dr. Black scheduled to do my upper and lower with CO2 and endo brow lift in April. I'm very nervous about the brow lift part. Hoping that no one can see the endotines or side scalp incisions.
How did it go?
Be cautious with CO2. I have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation from it. Any hear producing device will cause that effect on me. Regarding the endoscopic brow lift it was a complete success and really lifted my brows. Good luck!
