Disappointment & regret - Complete Upperface Transformation (CUT)

As a trans-feminine person I had very high hopes for this procedure considering the cost ($17500 USD) which is much higher than what most surgeons charge for the same procedure. Long story short, Dr. Jumaily basically didn't actually listen to ANYTHING I said during our consultations and ended up doing their own thing. My eyebrows are probably the same, if not, lower than they were originally. Not only did I pay more money for a service I did not receive, but the healing process was incredibly difficult & painful, and to go through all of that basically for no difference at all. If anything my eyebrows & forehead skin are sagging lower than before. Please, don't make the same mistake I made and do more research before deciding on a plastic surgeon. They may advertise their best results online but doesn't mean the average person who goes to them will get incredible results or even what they pay for. Months later, I'm only filled with disappointment and regret.

An update. I actually spoke to them after my first post regarding my concerns and ended up being told that I got what I paid for and they won't even refund me partially(even for the brow lift I never received.) Please please please, reconsider going to this "doctor", they are basically a salesman masquerading as a doctor and see you as potential cash in their bank account, not as an actual patient they care about. I wasted my entire gender transition funds (20,000 USD) because I made the mistake of going to them instead of an actual compassionate doctor that would care about me and my transition. I could have had a type 3 brow reduction for $5000 but ended up paying four times the amount for the same result. BE VERY CAREFUL, especially if you are trans and seeking transition related care, there are a lot of so called "doctors" that will exploit your gender dysphoria and vulnerability to make easy money. I learned this the hard way, hopefully you don't have to.

Here are some before and after photos. There was literally nothing wrong with my face to begin with, but Jeffrey will prey on a someone’a body dysmorphia and make them look even worse along with several complications stemming from a completely unnecessary major surgery. The photos with the bandana are from before and without are after. You be the judge. I barely had a brow ridge to begin with, there was NO need for this surgery whatsoever. And now there’s loose hanging skin making me look much older and unnatural compared to before. Additionally, I’m dealing with vision issues, severe eye pain, and chronic sinus/breathing issues from this surgery. I want people to be warned that this man is not qualified or skilled enough to be performing the surgeries that he does, but worse will perform completely unnecessary surgeries that can leave life altering complications. I’ve also noticed one of my eyes is lower than the other after surgery. He also doesn’t actually do what you want him to do and will cut away bone from places that you never discussed with him prior to surgery. I am in the process of filing a formal medical complaint and exploring legal options against him, not for my own well being alone, but for future potential victims of his. Beware and stay away from him and his staff whom write fake reviews all over the internet for him. Dr Jeff Jumaily is a predator.
