Brow lift, chin lipo, and breast tissue removal from my armpit.

head incisions

$7,000
Updated close up of scars. Losing more hair everyday. Looks like I’ll be wearing headbands all summer to cover this up. Again I would have never chosen to do a coronal brow lift. This is why I specifically wanted an endoscopic brow lift, to avoid issues like this

How are you doing now?
Lost even more hair. Currently getting treated for it by my dermatologist but so far hasnt helped. My chin lipo is still lumpy 3 months post op, I recently went to another plastic surgeon and she said I have to wait until the 6 month mark to decide if the lumpiness will be permanent or not. Armpits scarred terribly
Soz. But fact is we've been butchered. Doctor saw us as a low self esteem victim and did a hack job. The doctor had zero respect for us or else we would have been treated better.
The healing comes from owning up to our original dissatisfaction with ourselves. We were perfectly good enough prior to surgery but we didn't believe it. We were insecure and had fantasies of looking like Demi Moore.
Please... stay away from dodgy so called plastic surgeons.
I have had 2 endoscopic browlifts and both failed after 4 years. The coronal browlift is supposed to last longer so I'd take the hair loss if you get more than 4 years out of the lift.
I am living the nightmare now of an endoscopic brow lift. Hair loss, dented scalp, tight eyes, scarring and extreme pain. I am completely devastated. Looking for someone to reverse it.
Well surely not this doctor
No a different surgeon in Beverly Hills.

Update

UPDATE:
Spoke to another plastic surgeon in my area just so I could get a second opinion.
Aside from the obvious, performing a surgery different from the one that was discussed bad. ( He did say him and his colleagues notice that’s a trend when getting plastics in other countries).
He said that he strongly disagrees that the little pudginess in my armpit was breast tissue. Said it’s rare to have breast tissue in that area. So my arm was sliced open for no other reason than to get a couple extra bucks out of me.
And to be honest In the consultation with Dr. Quiroz he said that signs that it was breast tissue was tenderness or enlargement of the armpit area during your period. And I told him no I don’t experience that but at the second consultation that was done in person before my surgery he insisted that it was.
I believed him, he was the doctor after all. Now I see that I shouldn’t have.
I will say that the incisions under there have been the hardest part of recovery and a bit traumatic which is part of a longer story. But just so you get a picture they put drains in the incision with nothing to catch the blood and I was laying in a pile of blood until I called the nurses over to help me change and find a way to keep blood from spilling all over me and the bed.
Also sent me home the next day the same way. Did not even give me medical supplies so I could attempt to cover up the drains. Not that I probably could of I had very little mobility and was in a lot of pain, my sister flew down the next day to take care of me after I called her crying
In the picture is the edge of the incision on my left armpit. 3 days after surgery they removed my drains but did not close the hole. My sister noticed that the left side had a lot of skin hang off the that end, called it a “penis”. Showed Dr. Quiroz a couple days later and he put a stitch in it. Am a bit worried about it, it looks like it’s overlapping the skin and it’s not healing as well as I’d like it to. Unfortunately the other plastic surgeon I spoke to was a virtual consultation and he had a hard time deciding whether it was placed well. Just going to go to my primary doctor to have a look at it.
Also would like to mention that I STILL haven’t heard from Dr. Quiroz or his assistant and I’ve called back TWICE and emailed.

Malpractice

Horrified.
I had three procedures done with Dr. Quiroz at Vida wellness. Brow lift, chin lipo, and breast tissue removal from my armpit. We discussed doing an endoscopic brow lift. I’m 29, I didn’t want anything super invasive and I was told that endoscopic brow lifts and the chin lipo were minimally invasive and I’d only need 2 weeks of downtime. Exactly what I was looking for considering it was my first time doing plastic surgery. Imagine my surprise a week after surgery when I realize that my head was sliced open from ear to ear without my consent. When it came to the armpit he told me we would have to make an incision to remove it. Never would I thought in order to remove a little extra tissue he would open up my armpit completely. I wish I would have listened to my intuition and never done these procedures with him at Vida wellness. I contacted Denisse his assistant and coordinator and she assured me that she would have Dr. Quiroz call me. That was days ago and nothing. I’ve attached pictures of my sutures and you can see in the pictures where I’m already starting to lose my hair around the stitches. When I did research on coronal brow lifts it said that 20% of people suffer from hair loss. It also elevates your forehead and I was wondering why my forehead looked so big. If you research it you will also see how many other risks are associated with this type of procedure. I will FOREVER have 3 major scars on my body, I was never made aware and I never consented to have such invasive procedures.

I'm not aware of any way to remove tissue without making an incision. I also don't see any problem with the sutures in your photos. I'm sorry that you weren't informed more clearly about your operations. You may feel differently a year from now- scars look very different over time.
Who cares about what problems you see or don't see! She's the one who is unhappy . Like how dare you
Thanks for that, it’s just been a nightmare and it’s nice to have someone acknowledge that
The brow lift incisions looks 100 normal. From what I can see your photos your surgery seem pretty recent... You cant judge the scars so soon they will minimize. Also the hair loss in normal you just had surgery... I’m just giving you my feedback. Good luck!
I agree . You will find after a few months when the sutures are removed and the scars fade , hair follicles will grow back and scars will fade a lot .
once hair follicles are excised, removed or damaged they will never grow back.
Omg
I agree with the other comments you just had it done.. take care of your scars and yourself so you heal nicely and can get a great final result. It’s normal to feel depressed after surgery but take care and things will get better.
100 to early to tell they look like normal incisions to me!
