I Have Had an Amazing Experience So Far
I am blown away by the staff and Dr.Chang’s customer support and bedside manner. I am was supposed to get a brow lift and bleph done but on day of surgery at the hospital pregnancy test showed up positive. Needless to say Dr. Chang was great when he delivered the news and obviously had to cancel surgery right then. A week later I actually find out it was a non viable pregnancy. I reached out to his team and they said could either have a full refund or reschedule as soon as safe to. I am set for surgery in May and will write an updated review but I think him and his staff deserve 5 stars for their flexibility and customer service I have seen so far.
