I have always had a baby face, even at 26-27 everyone swore I looked 18. I always had a very round full face. Once I turned 28 I started noticing loss of volume, it wasnt bad I was growing into a more adult face and theres nothing wrong with that, but im not ready to part with my baby face. I went to Natalia for POD threads, I am against fillers/botox I want my face to look natural, and pod threads are great I got them under my eyes a few times with natalia and absolutely loved them. The areas that started bothering me were areas around my mouth and cheecks , I was hoping to get POD threads as a solution, I was thinking 4-5 on each checkto tighten it up. Natalia suggested sculptra, promised me I would look "weird" or fillery, I was nervous as hell but if you see Natalia , you will understand. She looks 22 and you would never guess she ever had anything done.
3 months later and I am still soo happy. I look like a baby again, naturally, my skin began plumbing up within about 3 weeks, everyday I woke up prettier.

I am nervous that I will wake up in 6 months with a ballooned massive face, thoughts? I

I would leave it alone for now and see over the year how much volume increases. it sounds like Natalia doesn't push for procedures that won't be effective or give an unnatural result.

Honestly, you don't need it quite yet. I would hold off! Wait at least a year!

You look great. Getting Sculptra this early means your skin is stretching and if you stop doing it, your skin will sag and wrinkle (like mine did). I wish I hadn't had it done (at 72).

I don't see how that works..... I have probably had 15 vials in my face over the years and I don't see sagging due to the drug itself

You are correct, it does not cause any sagging. Quite the opposite actually. Sculptra is a bio stimulator, it triggers your body to stimulate its own collagen. Once absorbed, there is no product left behind, there is no dissolving of product over time, like with HA fillers, you won’t go back to where you started from. It’s simply building your own collagen, but the aging process is always continuing. It’s a fantastic product, natural looking results when used by a highly trained, experienced injector.

sculptra is fine. I have had so many vials over the years. interesting pod thread under the eyes. i have asked the doctor to thin thread to as filler to promote collagen growth. he was scared so only put two on each side. of course I didn't see any obvious improvements. how many threads did our doctor put under your eyes? is it for lifting or for filling? thank you! btw lucky you do look 18! I looked 18 when I was 16 lol!! I have long thin face with ugh cheekbones and I use scpltra under them to soften the shape.

Thank you! I used to do 1 thread under each eye but now I do 2 under each eye. I only trust Natalia when it comes to eyes because she is an Ophthalmologist (eye surgeon)

Lifting and filling! The results are immediate. If I don’t get my full 8 hours of sleep it really shows , I get really ugly bags & I stress over them. With the pod threads I never get them even if I pull an all nighter :)

I would say threads are probably the safest to use for under the eyes, but I didn't see much result definitely hated the juvederm ultra2 I got, both eyes received 0.25ml and I cold feel the lumps. and I have only one surgeon to inject me with different things. maybe I'm jut not used to HA fillers at all!

You look gorgeous. Can you explain a little more about the threads under the eyes?
February 21, 2018
thank you! Okay so Natalia says that fillers under the eyes are a big no no, its under eye filler that leads to many complications and unhappy costumers. I was hoping to get some filler to look a little more rested, which is when I heard about pod threads for the first time. The problem is , the new pod threads are completely different than the ones most people are familiar with, so many of the bad reviews on here are for the old ones that have been discontinued. Their are tiny dissolvible threads that under a microscope resemble a barbed wire. They are inserted beneath the skin, completely painless, no bleeding, no bruising. Immediately your skin looks plumber, and over 2-3 months as they dissolve, they stimulate collagen. Because I dont have any serious volume loss, I only need 1 thread under each eye, however my mom had very lose skin on her neck so she needed 12 , she couldnt believe it , total neck lift effect
