Chin overgrowth ?

$800
Posted more pics, filter free makeup free. Looks okay from the front. My side profile looks awful, big chin dropping down. Is this sculptra or a muscular problem ? Maybe Botox will solve it? Weight loss? Any suggestions?

sculptra in the chin is a bit odd.. ive never heard of it ... my ps told me sculptra is a soft filler and helps produce collagen overtime ... have u tried combining radiesse with sculptra ? i find after a vial .. a syringe of radiesse can drastically improve the results...
I never mixed with Radiesse but a lot of people do. I try to be conservative & Don’t want to look noticeably different. Yes I am reading sculptra in the chin is a no no
Hi! I've loved following your journey. After first seeing your post a few years ago I asked my former injector/md/derm about it but she dissuaded me and over time I became more interested in a fat transfer, though I have not done this yet. Please share your insta again if you feel comfortable doing so!
Skip sculptra, it’s not worth it. Fat transfer also scares me , better to stick to temporary fillers
Yes. I agree. My Dr told me that Sculptra causes inflammation and that's what the fullness is that is created. He said that it is unpredictable as to where it will actually end up. And that it will dissipate unevenly. He prefers fillers.
Only place that I feel like sculptra is the best for, is hallow temples
100% agree. Did your chin get better?
Are you sure this chip issue wasn't caused by the threads? A lot of people are having problems with them. I had mine done in Korea a few years ago, and would love to do it again, but afraid to do it in the US, after all the horror stories I've read.
Not the threads , I get the threads out in at the corners of my mouth , this chin thin is the very tip of m chin. I don’t get the expensive hardcore threads either, their like $75 each and dissolve after 3 months
I’ve had it in my chin , years ago I loved the result. Most recently not as improved. I think it’s ok but around the mouth is risky because of nodules . If I had your face I would do as little as possible . You look perfect honestly .
You had it in your chin!? The tip of your jaw or closed to your lips. I do have two tiny nodles on my Botom gum line, but can only feel them from inside of mouth, not visible . Do you still see volume on your chin?
I had it all over my chin ! 5 times :) but I didn't get much of a result this time around which disappointed me because I want it . As I got older and lost weight my chin became " weak". I think a fuller chin is more youthful and I know lots of women use filler in the chin . I think you look perfect but if you wanted to narrow / slim the chin I'm pretty sure Botox can do it :)
Thanks for the tip I am looking into Botox! And when you smile , does it droop down like mine? From the side
I can't really compare mine to you because I am older and your jawline is much more youthful. I do have some weird shapes and pulling happening around my chin but I always assumed it was a result of weight loss and gain plus ageing . Maybe the extra fullness is giving you that impression ? Honestly I can hardly see it in your pics . You just look natural and beautiful. Enjoy it :))
Same here. Love the result sculptra is giving in my chin under the sides of the lip to fill in marionette line shadows! I will likely get voluma in the tip juat to elongate it later, but have had no trouble with sculptra there.
Any recent updates? Considering sculptra for the 1st time and trying to decide
You still look really good. I see what your problem is though. That looks like weight gain to me. You could get micro botox to your neck area possibly. If the skin was more taunght there, you wouldn't see that crease between your chin and neck.

Sorry to hear that the covid has been so hard on you. I hope things turn around.

You are still extremely beautiful and I had a hard time figuring out what you were complaining about with your chin.

Sculptra turned on me

Yes believe it or not , after years of being a huge sculptra fan, things have taken a turn. Last November, Natalia injected a little sculptra in my chin for the first time. I immediately didn’t like it, I was working a lot at the time, taking a lot of adderal so the volume on my chin subsided after a few months when I was around 115 pounds. Fast forward to March when the quarantine began. From March to June I gained 20 pounds (no exaggeration) due to spending most of my quarantine eating and watching tv. My chin began to grow, not only that but it is asymmetrical and bumpy when I smile. Most noticeable from my profile or from underneath. Now it’s just a waiting game, who knows how long it will last. I’m working on losing weight which normally has worked for me, but I have already lost half the weight and my chin is the same. I called Natalia , sent her pictures, she said she never injected my chin, or anyone’s chin with sculptra . Lol. Well she did. I might try Botox under the chin so that at least it doesn’t pull downward when I smile. Anyways, I definitely will not be getting sculptra ever again, or seeing Natalia for anything.

I’m sorry this is happening to you. How many vials of Sculptra did you have? You still look very pretty regardless.
5 vials total over 3 years, but it was injected into my chin only once, over 6 months ago
Are your cheeks still looking okay? I had two vials of Sculptra 5 years ago and my cheeks are still very big and puffy. I still think you look beautiful regardless.
Yes love my cheeks. It’s just the chin. It feels like all the sculptra in my face drained into my chin. Idk
Sculptra can migrate from what I’ve read and experienced. What will you do about your chin?
Nothing. I really don’t know if it’s sculptra or the weight gain+ effects of quarantine (muscle atrophy, facial tension, anxiety etc) so first I will focus on getting healthy again and see if that helps. The fact that it only shows when I smile, could mean that it’s a tight muscle , and Botox should help “pebble chin”. Definitely never getting sculptra again !
What I’m trying to figure out is , what exactly does sculptra stimulate, Does it grow fat? What the hell is in there lol? If it’s just fat, there’s a lot of fat dissolving injections being offered right now for double chin etc

You are barely wearing any makeup, and you are breathtakingly stunning. Do you model, because you look model worthy.
Where'd this come from
Me... Ransrvr. She's beautiful
She's super beautiful, I agree! But also please bear in mind she uses filters on her photos.
How do you know that she uses filters? Is there a way you can tell? Honestly, I think she's just beautiful and looks very natural to me. Regardless of any filters, or whatever, she is strikingly gorgeous
Her Dr is an Ophthalmologist. With not so great reviews or very few reviews so you need to question accuracy. I double she is a real patient of this dr or a patient of any dr. Sculptra always leaves bruises and her post op photos show just little pin marks.
I’m a real patient , my photos are real. And yes Natalia is a eye surgeon , known for her eyelid surgeries. I never bruise from sculptra or any needles/injections.
This office is deep in Russian Brooklyn. This is little Russia ,for those of you who are not from NYC. Most of the people in this area wouldn’t know how to leave a review , and barely speak English let alone write them on the internet. Don’t be ignorant. Natalia doesn’t really bother with her online presence like so many doctors on here do. She has no competition in that location. And I don’t think a single person went to Natalia all the way in East bum Brooklyn specifically because of reading this review that I have been writing for 4 years now.
Also please note that I have been advocating for profhilo, rather than sculptra, which Natalia doesn’t have. So I am a fake patient that works for Natalia , but am encouraging people to try profhilo with someone else :)
When you are pretty, smart and nice caring person, ( Cares to inform others) people find that hard to believe especially in US.
Yes I get that. I am also skeptical of many reviews on here , but if your going to believe anything you read on this site.... this review is one of the more believable ones ! 4 years and going !
Yes, I get that too.
How do you know?
She is pretty but there’s plenty of more attractive women in New York so I don’t think it’s relevant. Character is more important. I had a couple of small lumps from Sculptra and I had reached out on this forum as I saw @Alenabo talking about Sculptra and developing a small lump. We had followed each other on Instagram to speak about Sculptra via DM which we briefly did and that was that. Then out of the blue, she blocks me. It was the most unusual thing. Surely, if you no longer want to follow someone on Instagram you can just unfollow.. No dramas.:: But why block? Nothing negative or rude was said by neither us on there.
Very weird. Just hit the unfollow button instead of causing unnecessary offence.

Your referencing the month I deleted my Instagram. I promise I didn’t block you. Happy to reconcile. I am dealing with more sculptra lumps , happy to discuss. A lot of women DM on instagram about sculptra so I am unsure who this is
Thank you
What an idiotic thing to say. smh
Thank you :) no I’m too short and I’m going on 31. I did model as a teenager but my parents didn’t approve
You may be going on 31 but you look like going on 20 or 21. Nobody will know your secret unless you tell them :D
Unfortunately I can’t keep it secret, clearly lol
Yes just the 2. I would try the profhilo before doing sculptra
Profhilo is kind of the new age , improved and safe sculptra , in my opinion
Can I ask what doctor you used for the profhilo? I had it done when I lived in the UK and I love it. Thanks
syuzanna_gyurdzhyan is her ig, she’s in Brighton beach. She does a lot of amazing stuff for 1/10 of Manhattan prices , Now all my girlfriends are commuting 1 1/2 on the Subway Lol
You look amazing! Can I ask where they inject filler in the chin? I've never heard of that before.
She put it like right on the bottom to create contour
My ps put fillers in my chin too. I have a crease there and she filled it in.
