Dr. Parhiscar has been my plastic surgeon for close to ten years. He was recommended to me when I was 38 and needed a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. He is extremely thorough and very understanding. He explains the pros and cons of all procedures and his results are aesthetically pleasing . I am always happy with his outcomes.
