Where do I start off with this company? I WOULD...

Where do I start off with this company? I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to get any surgery from them. I had the ABSOLUTE WORSE experience with this company. My friend recommended this company to me because I was telling her that I wanted a little mommy make over. I did my research on this company and saw more good reviews than bad ones. Also, I liked the fact that they were located close to home (Brooklyn location).I gave them a try by scheduling a consultation with them around August 2017. When I went into the office, it was way more than I expected. It looked clean and professional. I met with the nurse practitioner, Libby. She made me get undressed and asked what kind of surgery that I wanted. I wanted liposuction and a bbl done. She quoted me $6,500. I was super excited to get this procedure done that I gave my down deposit ($500) in order to book my surgery date for the beginning of December 2017.
The first issue I had with them was when Libby told me that the price of $6,500 included the surgery, the bbl pillow, and the faja. After she collected my money and I signed the contracts another lady came in to discuss the post op massage packages. She indicated that the price was only for the surgery and the faja and pillow had separate prices. That bothered me because I felt like she conned me into signing the contract. I left the situation alone.
The second issue I had with this company was that I scheduled my surgery to be on a Friday at 6pm after work. A couple of days before my surgery, I met with the financial manager, I think her name was Lisa, she told me that I am actually scheduled for 6am. That bothered me because according to the papers I signed I was scheduled for 6pm and no one ever tried to notify me about this change. I changed my plans accordingly…
The third issue I had with this company was the day before the surgery. I called in to see if my prescription was placed. The receptionist said that I was not scheduled to have surgery the following day, I was actually scheduled towards the end of December. I was super upset at this point and I asked for the manager. The manager spoke on the phone with me and said to disregard what the receptionist said, my appointment is still scheduled for the next day at 6am.
The fourth issue I had with this company was that the day of surgery, I came to the facility 30 minutes before hand to prepare for my surgery. The elevator was not working and that was the only way to get to the suite. I called the office and spoke with a lady who sound like she was sleeping on the phone. I told her that I had surgery in 30 minutes and I have no way to get inside of the building. She told me to take the stairs which would not lead me into the suite. She said that she has never been to the Brooklyn location and does not really know if the stairs lead to the office. I was super annoyed and lost my excitement for the surgery. I waited about 45 mins in my car and saw a lady gain access into the elevator. I followed her and realized that she was the lady who was prepping me for my surgery. Then 15 minutes later I finally met my doctor, Dr. Perkins. He was really nice and funny. The surgery lasted 2.5 hours. After that I prepped to leave the facility. But before I left, I went upstairs to buy my bbl pillow. The receptionist told me a different price then what I was told. The pillow went from $100 to $130. I end up buying the pillow the day after my surgery. That is the same day I bought my faja and my post op massage package.
During this month, I was super unhappy with my results and continued to complain to the post op massager and a lady named ISIS. Isis told me that if I was still unhappy after 3 months, the doctor would give me a free revision. This made me feel a little more comfortable to know that my results could be fixed. Another issue I had with this company was that I was only able to see Dr. Perkins 1 time. Any follow up appointments I had, I was not allowed to see the doctor even though I was told that I would see him. I called the office in the beginning of March to schedule my 3 month follow up and to see if I could speak with ISIS. The receptionist said that I would have to speak to her manager Lisa because Isis no longer worked with the company. I gave the receptionist my number in order for her to speak with me about the revision process. I never received a call back. I called back later on in the week and asked for Lisa. They said that she was out for lunch and she would give me a call back once she comes back into the office.
After that call, I never heard back from the company again. I debated about writing this review about this company but I am very bothered about everything that occurred. I started looking for other doctors in the Florida area.

The doctor was nice and funny. My only issue with him was that I was not able to speak to him before or after my surgery. His team would schedule follow up appointments for me and tell me he would be there and I end up seeing one of the nurses.
