Would Do It Again...

I was anticipating this procedure for over a year now. I work out 5 days a week along with 500 crunches a day and unfortunately could not achieve a 6 pack. I now have what I've been trying to achieve for years and would do it again in a heartbeat. Please note that you have to be somewhat fit to have this procedure done and get the right results. One day after the procedure I was up and about, worked out light after 3 days and in one week back to normal weights.
