4 days PO

I will add a more detailed update later outlining my experience, cause I'm a bit out of it right now. However I wanted to share some photos and a bit about my recovery thus far. So I had my surgery Monday, getting 330 cc over the muscle. I had slightly tuberous breast, so my ps had to release the lower pole tissue that was very constricted. The right was more constricted then the left, so the bruising and swelling is more severe on that side.

I am still in a great deal of pain/discomfort. My boobs are hard as rocks!!! (Still love them lol) I had to go back to the doc yesterday to make sure righty didn't have a hematoma because it was more wollen. They said it was fine. However I noticed the bruising has gotten worse today. It's not hot or hard under the bruise so it should be good. Have any other ladies experienced that? I wasn't expecting to be so sore :( of course it was so worth it cause I already love them!

I am praying that I recover with out any problems!!

Deposit down... Now its a waiting game!

So I just put my 500 dollar deposit down to save my date. I am sooo excited!! In 3 short months I will be on my way to boobie land. So at this point I have decided to opt out of the teardrop shaped ones because I have heard bad things about them (like turning upside down) Also, I really wanted a more rounded look. I also decided to go for 350 ccs. I hope that this will bring me up to a full C.

Now my only question is do I want to go over or under the muscle. My PS recommended over, because I have enough upper pole tissue to hide them, and the underside is nonexistent. He feels over the muscle with give me the good underboob I want. I am gonna post a couple pics so you can see what I am talking about.

Hi everyone!! So after days of pouring over every...

Hi everyone!! So after days of pouring over every ones reviews, I've decided it's time to make my own. First a little bit about myself... I am 31 years old, 5'1 (if I'm standing really tall) and weigh 125 lbs. I have always wanted a breast augmentation. I have felt insecure about the size/shape since I was 13 years old. I remember watching all my friends start to bud, and grow, while looking down at my own chest saying "WTF... any day now" Yet, that day never came, and I have remained an A cup since my pathetic little ant hills sprouted. I didn't even go up a cup size with pregnancy! Anyway, I have one a nine year old son that reeked havoc on my body when he was in the womb lol (worth every minute). I was diagnosed with severe early onset preeclampsia, which resulted in me going from 100 lbs, to 196. My son had to be removed almost two months early because both kidneys and my liver were failing. However, everything worked out, and despite being tiny, my son was very strong and healthy. In 2009, I got a tummy tuck to correct the gross separation in my ab wall due to gaining all that weight so fast. I absolutely love the results of my stomach, however am still extremely self conscious of my boobs. So after much discussion with my husband, we decided it was time.

Yesterday was my consultation with my PS that did the tummy tuck. We discussed my goals and wants worked out a plan that he thought would give me the results I desired. He recommended the 325-350 cc tear drop shaped silicon gel implants, over the muscle. I have pointy boobs, with zero under boob, so he is going to have to open up the tissue at the bottom to give me the nice under boob I want, while still giving me good cleavage. I am hearing mixed reviews about the teardrop implants, so that is one area I am on the fence about. So if any ladies with those could give me advice that would be super helpful :)

Once I got to the financing quotes, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was getting a 20% discount on the surgeon fees for being a prior patient. I am financing 3,000, and paying the rest cash. I feel mildly selfish, because there is so much work we need to do around the house (new roof, windows, bathroom, etc...) Of course then I thought about finally having the boobs of a woman rather than a 12 year old and the guilt lessened. So I booked the BA for May 5, 2014! I am beyond excited.

I am posting some pics of a boudoir shoot I did with my friend who is a photographer, as you will see, even with the super padded bra, I am sadly lacking.
