BBL Does Not Work

I paid $950 for 5 BBL (broadband laser) treatments to remove or reduce the appearance of freckles on my faces. The BBL treatments did not work at all! I was so hopeful and excited. I did not see even a little bit of improvement. I have tried to contact management a number of times but they will not call me back. Interesting that I could reach them immediately when I wanted to sign up for treatments and pay them almost $1,000. It is extremely upsetting that management does not care about the end result of their treatments.
