That's exactly what I feel like.
Surgery was 14 months ago now, and a distant memory. My insecurities gone, I finally had the confidence to cut my hair short like I've always wanted.
All of my friends and family have noticed the change in my confidence in the way I present myself to the world.
My only regret is waiting for so many years to get it done. Life is too short to dislike yourself.

Best thing I ever did. My neck looks twice as long, I now love my profile!
Today we went out for my sons birthday, and I could have cried with happiness after seeing candid photos of myself- I no longer look abnormal!
I used to crop myself out of every photo that wasn't a carefully taken selfie from a flattering angle, now I feel liberated!

Amazing results! How are you feeling now (pain on touch, numbness)? Has any of your friends notice difference?

I can't notice any real numbness any more and no real pain. The incisions from the liposuction are still raised and feel a little bruised if I press quite firmly, and although all of my intra oral stitches are gone now I can 'feel' the scar along my gums. Not painful, just a bit tight- hard to describe!

Also... hardly anybody has seemed to notice! Quite a few already knew and they've said it's a big difference, but those who don't know haven't said a thing- apart from a couple who just said 'you look different' or that I'd lost weight.

You look amazing!! I have to admit, the first few pics I thought, ooh maybe that implant is too big. But quickly, it started to look absolutely perfect!! I am so jealous of your results, and so happy for you!!
I felt like it took awhile for my smile to come back to0. And my neck felt tight for quite a long time. Months. It still does at times and I am 8 months out. Just do lots of stretching and massaging of your neck.

As requested- a front view comparison. Very little change in length of face which I'm relieved about. But far more definition and balance.

Awesome, i had a medium implant as well. Very pleased with the look. Im sure yours is winged anatomical. I think they are used 90% of the time. Looks great.

Thank you- I'm so pleased you are happy with yours too. I would assume so also- I never even knew there were different types until after my surgery!
