I had a breast reduction and uplift with Mark in July, and to say I am delighted with the results would be an understatement.
I spent quite a bit of time researching surgeons before deciding who to approach for a consultation, so choosing the right person was really important to me. From my very first phone call with Chrissy to arrange an appointment, right through to my final post-operative check-up and being given the all-clear, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mark and Chrissy really are the dream team. They have such a lovely way about them, making you feel comfortable and at ease from the outset. They're also great fun to be around, and I always left appointments feeling reassured, positive and usually having had a good laugh too!
Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honest. He took the time to talk everything through thoroughly and answered every question I had (no matter how silly I thought it might be!). I never felt rushed or pressured, and always felt that I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions.
In terms of the results, I haven't felt this confident in my own body for a very long time, and I owe so much of that to Mark. The results have genuinely exceeded my expectations, and I am so pleased with the outcome. Not only am I delighted with how everything looks, but the difference it has made to how I feel about myself has been huge. I only wish I had done it sooner!
In terms of the care before, during and after surgery, Chrissy is absolutely wonderful. Whether it's being a calm and reassuring voice to speak to, offering advice and tips to help with healing (honey being one of those!), or simply being there whenever you have a question, she goes above and beyond. She is genuinely one of the kindest people you could meet, and having her support on hand throughout the process made such a difference.
I also want to give a special mention to the nurses at Cadogan Clinic, who were absolutely lovely and so kind and caring immediately after surgery.
I honestly cannot thank Mark and Chrissy enough for the care, support and reassurance they have given me throughout this journey. Choosing to have surgery is a big decision, but I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through it. I would recommend them both without hesitation.
