Bilateral breast lift & unilateral reduction (no implants) for symmetry

I met with a few surgeons in Boston and wasn’t enthused with price, overall plan, and general comfort with the surgeon, etc so I continued my search into surrounding areas. I saw Dr Restifo’s website and photos of before and afters here on RealSelf and scheduled a consult. There were a lot of photos that appeared to be what I was looking for: lift, realistic expectations with the least interventions as possible (I.e avoid implants and fat transfer if possible) . Dr Restifo reassured me that with a unilateral reduction and bilateral lift , I could achieve a good result with more symmetry and elevated breasts (after two pregnancies and two years of Breast feeding). After meeting with Dr. Restifo virtually I had a good feeling and booked my surgery after about a week of thinking it over.
My pre op experience in the office was good and thorough.
My surgery was at NEASC and could not have been a more seamless, pleasant, comfortable experience. All the staff there were great!
I took pain medication for about 1.5 days and was shocked at how little discomfort I actually had.
When my ace Bandage came off a few days after surgery I was blown away by the lack of bruising and how great they looked already.
I have just had my two week visit and again am blown away . The incisions already seem to be healing very well and my breasts are looking better than I would have expected.
I would recommend Dr. Restifo to anyone looking to have breast lift/ reduction.
I went in with realistic expectations and my expectations have been far exceeded!

-office is very responsive to email
- they accommodated my schedule as much as possible so that I could travel from Boston during times when I didn’t need to take off work
- Marie is a gem! Rachel and Jackie were also great to work with
