I finally feel like myself again.... just with smaller boobs lol I started working out again but jumping jacks are still difficult ha
I am using CeraVe Renewing SA Cream during the day and SkinMedica Scar Recovery Gel with Centeliline at night. I'm happy with the scars and all my wounds have healed! Yay!

Poppin' sutures, not bottles! - 6 weeks today
6 weeks today and I go to the doctor tomorrow. I pretty much find a suture daily at this point when I massage these ladies. I think it's the sutures pushing out? I plan to ask the doc tomorrow what cream I should stick with.... I'm still mainly using aquaphor, bio oil and coconut oil. I bought Cervae renewing sa cream too because it is so moisturizing. They are still very hard... hoping they soften up a bit! Also please keep your fingers crossed that my PS clears me to exercise tomorrow!! Hope everyone is well!

You look fabulous. Im coming up 3 weeks now and i feel sore all over whereas I didnt before. Boobs are hypersenstive to the touch, like a sunburn feeling, did you get this?. Im in the UK and really need to find a bra that I can wear without it crushing me on both my boobs and the band. At night it rises up and rubs along the incisions. I suffered quite a bit of bruising to my left breast and this seems to be the one where the scars are more painful. The scaring is a little thicker than the right side. I pray things settle soon and nothing pops open, but it does seem to be quite the norm. Be great to make plans without worrying what might happen next. I hope you get on ok and get the all clear to exercise. x

I am 4 weeks post (as of yesterday), and I was still very sore at 3 weeks too! Plus I have a wound (now healing) under my right breast, so still recovery for sure! Just take it easy, and still rest when you can! Take care.....:)))

Thank you BlueLou!! And yes I had the exact same soreness and my nipple sensitivity was unreal! It's like I could feel a cold gust of wind 25 ft away lol. It gets better but mine are still super sensitive! I bought like 10 of the front closing fruit of the loom bras and they've saved my life. You can get them on Amazon very cheap!
On another note I was cleared today to workout! Yay! He did poke me a bit though and I started bleeding :( He had to remove some sutures that weren't dissolving but all in all he said I should be completely healed in 2 weeks! Here's to hoping. It gets better! Hang in there and happy healing!

Looking really good! I've been dealing with a right breast wound at the T Junction! Mine became infected though, and I'm on an antibiotic coming up 1 week tomorrow! I'll finish those on Monday! It's getting better, but it's been a problem for sure! Continued great healing to you! :)))
