Terrible experience - my breasts look just as big and sagging

I had surgery with Dr Salama in January is incredible what happened to me in my surgeries, instead of improving how I looked, I look worse than I was before, my abdomen looks as of instead of removing fat he had injected it, my breasts look just as big and sagging, the only thing that l he did to them was to place 50cc of silicone when I very clearly told him that I wanted them smaller because of the pain in my back.At the time of talking with him he never told me how many cc of silicone I was going to get and then I never saw him after surgery. a week after surgery I had a horrible reaction and infection, I called his office and they never called me back, thank God my husband is a doctor and he was able to medicate me correctly, otherwise I would have died of a septicemia.I called them a week ago for a revision of the procedures and they told me I need to pay more money when I paid $12 thousand dollars for the procedures. Why do I have to pay again when his job was done poorly? Terrible look for another surgeon.
