Breast Reduction with Really Bad Suturing and Scaring 1 Year Later

I waited and saved for a really long time before I decided to have a breast reduction and lift. One year later, I am left with uneven nipples, areolas that are misshapen and jagged scaring under down the breast anchor and under the breasts. The cut started almost to my arm pit and up the center of my chest. I look more like a heart transplant patient than a breast procedure patient. I am now too afraid to seek out another surgeon as I am told that to remove the horrible scaring would require another surgery to cut out the scars.
