Breast Reduction Class Update
I had my class at Kaiser today, and all went pretty good. They showed a video discussing the procedure and the risks involved, and we scheduled our consultation appointments with our PS. I have mine scheduled for December 14th at 4:30. But before my appointment I have to lose at least 14 pounds, or he will deny me. In order to do this, the doctor that was helping me said to go on a vegan diet and exercise daily. She’s having me email her every Thursday to update her on my weight loss. Excited for my next steps!
Breast Reduction with Southern California Kaiser

My name is Rebecca, I am 18 years old and currently reside in Costa Mesa, Ca. I have had intrusively large breasts for as long as I remember (I started wearing underwire at 12 years old). I am currently 5'3, 170 pounds and a 38 I cup, and looking to get a breast reduction through Southern California Kaiser. I have lost weight, to see if that would help with the size of my breasts, to no avail. in addition, I have been seeing a Chiropractor for the last 6 years to help alleviate some of the pain that I feel in my upper back. I also have shoulder and neck pain, as well as constant headaches. I am a collegiate athlete, and it is becoming pretty damn impossible to participate in any physical activity at all. I hope to be reduced down to a C cup, but due to my current size, I am predicting that I will be closer to a D cup. I have my breast reduction class scheduled for 11/13/2018 where I will learn about the procedure and hopefully schedule a consultation date with a PS through SoCal Kaiser! I will keep you guys updated on how it goes and the next steps I have to take!
