Best Healthcare Experience I Have Received.

I have undergone a major transformational surgery over my breast (breast reduction), with Dr Chia, a much needed one indeed.
Prior to my first consultation with Dr Chia, I was suffering from sore neck and back for a couple of years due to enlarged breast tissues. I also had trouble exercising as the weight distribution over my upper and lower body were uneven. 3 kids later I finally summed up the courage to put myself under the knife.
Since my very 1st visit to her, Dr Chia completely understood my physical problems and the many inconveniences I was experiencing on a daily basis. I didn't even have to explain myself explicitly, she was immediately able to offer me a surgical solution which will eradicate my discomforts. It was almost like she was able to "read my mind".
All my concerns and questions were clarified timely, exhaustivly and as accurately as possible. Based on that I could tell her experience was rich and vast. I was confident being under her care and completely trusted the suggestions she offered me and the work she would do on me. She was detailed and explained many aspects of the surgery and what I should expect thereafter.
Dr Ong (anaesthetist) did a fantastic job, in setting my IV and ensuring that I was well sedated through out my surgery. I woke up with minimal discomfort and zero memory intra-op. I understood later that I was "put under" for 5 hours. Dr Chia was dedicated to spent some time over one of breast as I had some scarring issues due to previous abscess.
At every contact point, from pre op assessment to post op appointments, I experienced nothing but comfort and reassurance.
Dr Chia and her team worked seamlessly to provide the best care they can offer. Dr Chia and every nurse I met in her clinic were passionate and genuine, especially nurse Phillis whom I was in constant contact with. Together with Dr Chia she emphatised with me and gave sound advises in person as well as during follow up calls.
Though I'm still in the recovery process (within 2 weeks post op). I have received positive feedback from my family and friends on my general appearance.
