WORTH IT
I recently had a breast reduction with Mr Rob Winterton, and I can honestly say the whole experience has been outstanding.
From my very first consultation, I felt completely at ease with his approach. He was approachable, reassuring, and never once made me feel rushed (unlike some previous experiences I’ve had). He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and after having two or three consultations with him, I knew he was the right surgeon for me. I’m so glad I made that decision.
His office staff also deserve a mention – they are such a lovely, down-to-earth bunch and made the process even smoother.
On the day of my surgery at the Alexandra Hospital, I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. There was a delay on the day, so I didn’t go down at my original time, but I was kept fully updated throughout, which really helped keep me calm. The room was comfortable, and the medical staff who came to check my details were also very pleasant and reassuring.
As for the results – they are worlds apart from before, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m now around 7 weeks post-op, have already had two follow-up consultations, and will see Mr Winterton again at the 6-month mark.
I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and want to say a massive thank you to Mr Winterton and his team for their excellent care and expertise.
