Compassionate and Amazing Staff
When I finally started the process to have breast reduction surgery, I was so nervous on the phone that I forgot my own address. Yet Dr. Emily Hu, Andrea Ball and the entire staff were nothing but warm, understanding and kind. The procedure and recovery expectations were clearly and concisely explained. With their support, I was able to lose the weight I needed to safely have the surgery. They truly went above and beyond.
I am currently a month post surgery and it has already been life changing. Recovery has been very smooth and I no longer have consistent neck, back and hip pain. I feel lighter not only physically but mentally and more human than I have in years.
