Sick of squeezing them into sport bras!

A few issues. Hope im not alone!

I haven’t posted in a month. I did way to much over the holidays- shortly after my BR -and I paid for it! My body went into this shut down mode. I felt tired and shaky. Like a adrenal fatigue type of sensation. Completely exhausted! But now, I am Almost back to normal. That was scary! It IS A BIGGER SURGERY than we think. REST REST REST
Also, trying to get back into training has been tricky. My muscles around my breast and rib cage are tight and weak. I am working with a physio to get my range of motion back on track- one step forward two steps back- I think I may have PULLED MUSCLE under the breast from just STRETCHING at 8 weeks!!! Seems odd to me! Anyone else have had that?
As my photo shows- I have a bit of wrinkled skin, but the surgeon swears that it will resolve on its own! Can’t wait lol anyone else have that with vertical scars?!?

4 weeks post op and healing pretty well. Just removed the tape! I was looking forward to this moment. And I am happy with how things look.

They are so beautiful. What size did you start at? What size did you ask your doctor for?

Numbness on the side of my breast

My right breast has numbness on the side. I think it might be from the liposuction... I’m still somewhat swollen and bruised in the sides.
I’m curious to know if anyone else experienced that? And if so, how long before it came back to normal?

hope you've healed well over the months--you look amazing! I get my BR in a couple of months. Do you know how much your doc removed? I'm a DD hoping to be a B. Hope your tatas are feeling better and life is light and breezy! ;)
