Everything went smoothly - couldn't be happier with the results

Picking the right surgeon is a critical decision and I'm so pleased I chose Dr. Shermak. From our initial meeting, I knew I was in capable hands. She explained the process to me, answered my questions, listened to my concerns, and most importantly, reassured me that I could obtain the results I desired. I went from nervous/pensive to excited/hopeful.

On the day of surgery, Dr. Shermak arrived on time, met with me and my daughter (who was my helper through it all), and kept my daughter in the loop with how the procedure went once it was completed. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more happier with the results.

I've continued to have appointments as my body is healing and during each one, I've received great care from Dr. Shermak, as well as her assistant Tori, and the office staff, too. Everyone is incredibly helpful and accomodating. Whenever I've had a question, Tori has been quick to email me back. This may seem like a small thing, but it means so much to have someone respond to you in a timely manner.

At the risk of sounding cliche, this procedure has truly given me a new outlook on life and has opened up new opportunities. It's taught me about myself as a person; the importance of having a positive self-image, and the freedom to make choices for yourself that can better your life. Dr. Shermak did a fantastic job. I love my breasts and I'm grateful Dr. Shermak was the surgeon I chose to work with.
