10/10 Experience Returning Client

This was my second procedure with pure plastic surgery and I could not be happier with my results. I had been procrastinating on whether or not to go through with this and decided I would first inquire about a consultation. The website was simple to understand and I received a reply the same day. After I reserved my spot I was able to communicate with the office via their Klara app which was so amazing because I never had to wait more than an hour or so for a response. All my questions and concerns were addressed before stepping foot into the office. Dr. Earle is extremely professional and has excellent bedside manners. The staff was friendly and the office was clean. On the day of surgery, I could hear the decontamination and sterilization process occurring which is a huge for patient safety. I was in awe of how magical this turned out to be. Finally, I saw Dr. Earle for my post op visit where he once again examined me and made sure to listen to all my post op questions. I am beyond blessed to have such a wonderful team and would return to Pure again in the future.
