WORTH IT$14,000
Today is two months since my breast reduction (on 12/28). Still dealing with the inflammation and hard areas of fat necrosis. This was the first week that I'm comfortable to sleep on my side, and still have achey morning boob. I'm currently measuring a 32ddd US sizing but that's way smaller than the "I" cup that I went in with. A 34dd if I size up. Will be interesting to see what size I end up as the shape continues to change weekly.

I had my 7 week check up today. After my yellow bruising healed, the areas turned back to a light pink/lavender shade. My ps tells me not to worry, that it's inflammation but not a hematoma, etc. I continue to have areas of hardness that feel much like a clogged milk duct or engorgement as moms who have nursed might relate to...like little rocks in the tissue. My ps says it's fat necrosis which is very common as scar tissue forms. I'm to increase vit c and e intake to help speed the breakdown. I'm thrilled to say that my breasts jiggled while brushing my teeth this week. Funny how something so simple made the new tatas finally feel more like mine/natural again.

Yay! I am getting some stamina back and even took a 3 mile trail walk yesterday. Might not sound like much to some, but at 3-5 weeks, about 1/3 mile winded me :) My posture is so much better! Six week checkup is this week. I haven't had a checkup in 4 weeks.
