Did not like my results - left with large dog ears on both sides

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Stephenson. I did not like my results, was left with two large dog ears on both sides of my breast reduction. Was promised lipo suction then told that the nurse was incorrect to promise me that (which I made my decision based on that). I experience complications during recovery (stiches opened) I called in during normal business hours because I wasn't offered the private phone number that the non Insurance customers were offered. 

During my recovery the bottom portion of my stitches opened up under my breast I had no one to call as it was the weekend and the office was closed, that following Mon when I called to report the tear which had been bleeding the entire weekend I was asked to take pics and was then told that it was ok that it would close up on its own.....true but she left out that it would not be seamless that I would have a huge dark spot where the stitch broke and the skin tissue was no longer held together (it looks horrible). 

During my follow-up aptm the doc said that the the area should have been looked at sooner (mind you they would not give me an aptm until 2weeks out from the day I called about the opening). During one of my follow up aptm's I over heard the Doc telling another paying customer (non ins) I know because I heard him recalling her procedures (the walls are paper thin) which are not covered by INS. giving his personal phone number in case something goes wrong!!!! 

WOW just WOW not only did I have blood clotting issues (during past surgeries) and could have really felt more confident with a phone number for JUST IN CASE purposes but I could have at least been able to ask about that busted stitch which left a horrible visible scar on my breast near my nipple. When I advised him that I didn't feel that I was being treated like a valued patient his response was " I'm sorry you feel that way" WHAT.............no sorry, no what can we do to improve, NOTHING!!! 

On top of all of this I'm left with two ugly dog ears on the sides of my breast which I brought to his attention during every aptm and to which he stated lets just keep watching to see if they go down WELL 2 years later and they are still there and I would NEVER go back to him for revisions. Bottom line is.......if you are paying out of pocket you will be just fine here.......however, if ins is paying DO NOT go to this surgeon as he will NOT RESPECT you or the outcome of your surgery!!!!!
