It's been six weeks since my surgery. I could not have asked for a better plastic surgeon. Dr. Urbinelli is professional, communicative, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. During this entire process I was scared and nervous. I asked a million questions and he answered them all with patience, and was available through the entire process. He was able to calm any fears I had.

I initially had scheduled consultations with three other plastic surgeons. After meeting Dr. Urbinelli, I immediately felt comfortable and felt safe putting my life into his hands. I cancelled them all and went with PNW Plastic Surgery.

Surgery location was clean and nurses and anesthesiologist were very kind and understanding.

Post surgery/recovery was painful, as to be anticipated depending on the type of surgery you receive. My mom is not a native English speaker, I had asked Dr. Urbinelli to call her post-surgery for me. My mom had GLEAMING reviews about his ability to communicate effectively with her and was so happy I chose him as my surgeon. During the weeks of my recovery, I had multiple appointments and all the staff at PNW Plastic Surgery were helpful and available to all my needs.
