Follow up and drains
Just finished follow up at Dr. Schusterman’s office. Everyone is so nice. Janet took one glance at my drain log and said “yep! These are coming out today “. I had taken a pain pill expecting it to hurt when she removed but honestly didn’t even feel it! So surprised bc so many people have a lot of pain but Janet was so gentle.
I had gauze from after surgery still stuck to incision at the bottom of each breast so wasn’t able to see the incision but kept worrying and asking my partner if she could see the horizontal incision...there wasn’t one! Dr S managed to remove 600 plus grams from each side using the lollipop technique! I am stunned! He is amazing and such a skilled surgeon. I will be adding pictures of incision soon.

Feeling more pain today and my pain meds aren’t working ????
Also, I did not get script for antibiotics...is there anyone else that wasn’t prescribed antibiotics?
Surgery bra they sent me home in was waaaaay to small. It was digging in to my underboob and back so switched to post surgery bra I got from Target. Dr S said I could go without but it’s too much pressure so I’ll stick with this bra for now.
