My back, shoulder and neck pain have improved so much and I feel like I can finally stand up straight for the first time. Everyone at Breast Reduction Center of NYC truly went above and beyond for me. From the moment I called to make my first consultation until my last follow up, everyone at the office was so kind, caring and helpful. Dr. Blechman made me feel comfortable, safe and cared for. Leah was friendly and comforting, she made me feel so much less nervous before the surgery, and was an amazing source of support throughout this experience. Afterwards Dr. Blechman and Leah were both continuously available to answer my questions and concerns, and both personally checked up on me to see how I was doing and feeling during my post-op healing. They made me feel so taken care of, before, during, and after the surgery. The entire office staff also made my experience so easy and overall such a positive experience. Brandon, Daniella, Robin and Alina were so accommodating, they always worked with my schedule and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed in order to have the surgery. Mirsis was so amazingly helpful, kind and encouraging, she was always available to answer my questions when booking and scheduling the surgery and did the work to get the surgery covered by my insurance.
