I went to see Richard Karoo for a consultation for a breast reduction, Mr Karoo was easy to talk to he was very professional and talked me through the process setting my expectations, answering any questions I had. From the first day I met Mr Karoo I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. My journey has been amazing, from start to finish , the consultation where everything I needed to know was explained to Me. The day of surgery where I felt cared for at sancta Maria hospital. I felt really confident in my surgeon even tho inside I was petrified of having the surgery. The aftercare has been absolutely fantastic. It was peace of mind that if I had any questions or concerns Mr Karoo would always be on hand to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. Anything I needed I contacted Richard via his wonderful secretary Zoe who would always put me at ease and come back with a prompt response. This surgery is all I have ever dreamed off and my journey has been exceptional thanks to Mr Karoo and his team, I would highly recommend Mr Richard Karoo, the results are out of this world and has been personally life changing for me.
