I can finally start doing things in life that were so restricting do before

Sugitha was kind and empathetic from the very first conciliation I had. I went in to see if she could help me with a breast reduction and lift, right away she explained to me what she could do to help and which was the safest option to go to make sure nothing went wrong. I started off with a 8J cup and by some miracle I’m now a DD-E cup. I’m still recovering from surgery and I’ll find out over the next year once they settle what size they truly are.

I live a few hours away from the clinic in Brisbane and this made it hard to always travel to Brisbane, so when it was not 100% necessary she called me over zoom. She is always very professional and personable even when I started to get scared. She made sure that everything moved rather fast on the operation day so I was not over thinking the whole situation. Both Patrick and Sugitha were there when I was anaesthetised, and Sugitha was still there when I woke up.

She always checked on me when I popped in for a treatment to see how I was managing. When it came to getting my stitches out and the dressing changed she advised I got back under anaesthetic to make sure I was calm and still so she would make sure that my nipple graft stayed in the best condition possible.

This really helped with my anxiety and it was kind of them to offer that route. They always tell you what is going on and keep you booked ahead of time for follow ups. She also said that if there was any further work needed to be done eg. dog ear removals she would do them as well to make sure all was perfect. If I ever feel like I need anything else done I will definitely be coming back. I refuse to go anywhere else. Life changing people! Thank you Sugitha!

I can not express how amazing Patrick was towards myself thorough the whole process. He was very kind, patient and through.

My first encounter with Patrick was at my consultation with Sugitha, right off the bat he has a calming presence and made me feel comfortable before he did the examination. I have dealt with other male surgeons before and Patrick is the only male doctor who has made me feel comfortable while he was looking at my breast for my breast reduction and reconstruction surgery.

The night before surgery I went into the clinic to have my breast measured for the operation the next day. Sugitha and Patrick both worked together to draw the markings on my chest. He was always double checking to make sure that the lines were beyond perfect so everything went smoothly the next day.

The work they did was life changing for me. I can finally start doing things in life that were so restricting do before this surgery. All the risks were explained to me in detail, also constantly confirming I understood and was full aware of the difficulties during surgery.

I do suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, and having my drains removed really triggered it. Patrick held my hand the whole time and tried to keep me calm by explaining what was happening and making small little jokes and remarks.

He is quick thinking in moments that really do require it. This really helped me realise my decision to go choose Northeast plastics was the best choice could have made. Giving me the confidence in him that if anything went wrong he could fix the situation right there and then if need be.

Even if I came in for a heatlie treatment he would pop his head Around the corner to check up on me to see how everything was going. I truly feel as though if I had my surgery anywhere else I would never have been treated as well as I have here.
