Already seeing the benefit in my neck and shoulders after 5 days

great experience, helpful staff, Dr Merton was so precise. Answered all my questions post op, always replied to emails promptly, and were genuinely happy for me. Due to my medical history, Dr Merton was quick to insist I had my operation at Macquarie Uni Hospital where there were critical care services if needed (they weren't). My anaethetist, who's worked with Dr Merton 20 yrs was the best anaesthetist I've ever met! (and I work in health) checked in on me even after I went home. Genuinely caring doctors. Thanks for making my experience a postive one.

I had a breast reduction 5 days ago ago, and I am already seeing the benefit in my neck and shoulders! Staff have really lovely and encouraging once I made the decision to go ahead. I did a decent amount of research and Dr Merton looked like a good fit cost wise and location for me to travel to from our regional town. Steve was very precise preoperatively to make sure that he got the best result for me. Very thorough with helping me understand how and what was involved, and I can easily contact him with concerns and very happy for questions. The Anaesthetist was literally the best I've ever had/ worked with, pre-empting my pain relief needs, and checking on my nausea which I don't often get with anaesthetic. He also then called me personally the 2 days post op, which helped me understand what no other Dr has explained to me properly before, in which my body over reacts to pain. And because these two dr's have worked so closely together, they complement each other perfectly allowing their patients to have better surgical experiences. While I still have pain, particularly around the sides, I'm already seeing the difference in terms of neck and shoulder tension! What a difference!
