A Meticulous Surgeon Who Truly Puts His Patients First
Can I give 20 stars? I count my blessings to the high moon for finding Dr. Sherwyn (thank you Beauty Broker aka Melinda Farina!).
Dr. Sherwyn as a Surgeon:
Extraordinary surgical skills, honed over thousands of cases with consistent results focusing on YOUR safety as the absolute #1 priority, good aesthetic and 1000% precision.
You will have to seek long and hard to find someone who will take more time to explain everything to you in absolute detail before your procedure, patiently answer every single question, in marking up a patient for surgery, in stitching the perfect sutures - all of which by the way is just the tip of the iceberg since he utilizes superhuman skills to put on the brakes during surgery to meticulously manage your surgery which not only has to look aesthetically phenomenal, but also avoid all possibilities of any damage.
His bedside manner is beyond expectation, and the staff is so helpful and caring. Post op care is also top notch, he is from the old guard and calls his patients to check in on them post op with very regular visits for progress.
Dr. Sherwyn as a human:
Highly empathetic, highly intelligent (his memory is incredible!) and a genius. Whether you know him for 5 minutes, months or years, its easily obvious he has put his patients above everything in his life.
He managed both offices, his staff and his patients expectations while Covid shut down elective surgeries. He then went on to perform a series of surgeries which can often be long hours (mine was 14) without so much as complaining that he's tired let alone needs anything. He is extremely demanding of himself and never have I ever heard him say he needed anything except for me to follow his instructions which I did.
He has been the single brightest star of my time living in NYC area, he made a lifelong dream come true which eased all my aches/pains and issues and for that, words do not feel enough.
