8 weeks out - my breasts are looking and beginning to feel amazing

I've recently been on a binge of doing things for myself. I was widowed over a year ago and I guess this was my way of dealing and trying to move on. I had lost over 90 pounds and my 44 G breasts just collapsed to my navel. So I decided to have a consultation with Dr. Richardson. He was awesome. He made this 67-year-old feel very comfortable. He explained what he would do as well as all of the possible problems that could arise. Four weeks later I had my surgery. I was surprised that I did not feel a lot of pain. It was more like soreness. I took three pain pills total over the first seven days. Then I took Tylenol. I did end up having a hematoma in the left breast which freaked me out. However, Dr. Richardson said he would take care of it and try to avoid another surgery. It took three visits to him to have some fluid pulled of via hypodermic needle but it finally got to a more normal place and began healing like the right breast. I am so thankful for his calm demeanor. I am now eight weeks out and my breasts are looking and beginning to feel amazing. I went to get a couple of bras and I needed a 36C...boy was that exciting.

I also want to mention the nurses and support staff. They are friendly and helpful and also make you feel that they are concerned for you.

If you are in the Gulfport/Biloxi area and considering this surgery be sure to get a consultation with Dr. Richardson. You won't be sorry. Would I do this again??? You bet!!!! It's so nice to have normal breasts and to have clothes fit.
