Hey, You mentioned you got a reduction revision. I was wondering why you needed this, who requested it (you or your surgeon) and how long after your initial reduction did you wait? I just recently got a reduction / Life (C cup) to a small b (which i didn't get). I am hoping at my 6 week post op appointment i can fingers crossed get a reduction further? Was the second reduction a procedure? thanks.
I'm so sorry it took me this long to reply!! Given how much I like to run and do high intensity stuff, I felt I wanted to be a bit smaller. This was 10 years after my initial reduction so I fully paid for this. He removed almost as much tissue as the first time so it was I guess more than just a revision. Since he was doing other work, I saved on the anesthesiologist's cost; basically a 2 for 1. Hope everything works out for you as well!!

6-week Review

Well it’s been a few weeks since my last update so here goes my six week review!
Overall, I’m very, very happy with the results. Being in my early 50’s, I honestly am so thrilled with FINALLY how my boobs are. Why couldn’t I have had this size since my teens?? I always felt self-conscious over my chest, and gravitating towards clothes that would cover me up, rather than flatter my shape.
There is slight asymmetry with my left nipple placement, but just ever so slight, and I actually think that was there before but maybe being smaller now I am noticing it, but I’ve always over-analyzes things and it really is not a huge deal at all. Who has perfect anything anyways?! Well maybe some people do!
I’m still wearing a bra at night and two during the day, but transitioning to one. Being summer and hot out, two bras is a bit much at times depending on what I’m wearing.
Had my first bath tonight in six weeks. Everything is healing well, incisions are fading. I’m so glad Dr. Perron does not go high with his incisions as I’ve seen some people cut where if they wear a low top and show cleavage you could see the scar. That would upset me. His work is wonderful.
I’ve attached a few photos that I took tonight to also show the lipo revision along the lower abdomen; that’s coming along as well! Just need to get back to pre-Covid exercise routine! Proving to be a challenge...

11 Days Post-Op

Moving along... and feeling better and better each day! Basically feeling completely back to normal at 11 days post op. But taking it a little bit easy because I’m “supposed to”.
Just want to give a big shout out to My awesome surgeon Dr. Perron and his team. They have a such a well-oiled machine, meant in the best way possible! When you combine dedicated, knowledgeable, long-standing staff, and a PS with decades of experience within a surgical practice that I would stake my life on, I can honestly say it’s been such a great experience. Three times now!

My next procedure will be the eyelid surgery when the times comes. (Just keep maintaining the package the good Lord gave me!!)

Hope all my Real-Selfers are doing well!!

Really great size on you. I also prefer smaller breasts, so was not disappointed with getting implants removed and just a bit of fat transfer to fluff them up a bit. You look like you are healing nicely. I am looking forward to your next post.
