You go to a high end resort because your paying for the absolute best experience and if not, you want them to make it right. I paid for the absolute best surgeon and he did nothing expect throw medical jargon on me, instead of making me feel better about it.. While I sat there in tears because of the results. Who wants a surgeon like that? Had I know he wasn’t able to meet my needs I wouldn’t went somewhere else. I’m small frame, weigh 140 pounds with d size cup boobs. I’m devastated. Again ladies pass on this doctor. Spending all this money for a size down is NOT worth it. And you would think for money i spent I would have at least nippe sensation, obviously something went wrong.

Thank you for sharing your photo on this educational platform but given the unclear angle of this picture, it’s not possible to see what you’re describing. Also, it’s very important to see your before photos as your after results are relative to where you began. As we have all your before photos and afters at the various stages of healing plus multiple angles, we suggest you allow us to post them, or we will be happy to give them to you to post. Then the reader can have a much better understanding of your concerns.
They are not "concerns" my big breast you left... trigger migraines, causes me depression, continual back pain. I [RS bleep] hate the size you left. Doesn't matter to ME how they were but how they were left. Not even portioned....Maybe do a better job of listening. You have your money, go live your life and leave me alone.
ONE YEAR Post Op
Dr. Rahban charged me for a breast reduction and Brest lift, I essentially ended up paying for a breast lift~
one breast is much larger than the other one.
no nipple sensation.
he DOESN'T listen to what you truly want.
DO not use this doctor.

It’s always disappointing to receive unfavorable feedback as my patient's happiness is truly the heart of my practice. However, if there’s an issue, I like to discuss it in person and see what can and can’t be addressed.
It would be educational and helpful for us/reader to see your before and after photos (1 wk, 2 wks, and 6 wks). That way we can see the progression of your recovery. We are happy to post them for you or give them to you to post.
At this time, you are very early in your recovery and many things are changing. Mild asymmetry is not only possible but expected. That is much different than lopsidedness which is never acceptable. Hence why your photos are needed to see what you are seeing.
Additionally, you are still very swollen, and your final size will be smaller with time. Regarding size – There’s a balance between size and shape that is contingent upon your anatomy, specifically the width of the chest. There are limits to how much to reduce before the shape becomes unattractive. Therefore, if a patient wants to be smaller than I believe will allow for a beautiful shape, I tell them preoperatively and let them choose size vs shape. With that being said, I try to create the best balance between size and shape for the most optimal aesthetic outcome.
Lastly, losing some degree of feeling in the nipples is not uncommon hence why we mention it preoperatively. Regaining nipple sensation may take upwards of several months as the nerves awaken.
I hope I’ve clarified your concerns. Please reach out as we are happy to provide you with your photos.
