Breast Reduction/ Lift with Dr. Keith Blechman!
UPDATED FROM KEYS2DLEX
Got an appointment for a consultation.
I put in a consultation request form via RealSelf. A few days later I received a call from Selena. She asked me questions about the procedures I want done. I told her I was interested in getting a breast reduction and was interested in finding out if I’m eligible for my insurance to cover it. She asked me about problems my breast size is causing me and I gave her a rundown of my problems. She set me up for a consultation on July 9th. She asked me what Insurance I have and I told her Aetna. She told me I’m out of network. But I do plan on switching insurance carriers soon. I’m excited to see if I qualify for any insurance to cover me. I hope I do. These breast have to go.
My biggest dream is to have full medium sized breast and go be able to not have to wear a bra with certain clothing.
I don’t know when I’m going to get my procedure done. I am undergoing another procedure in January (I do have a separate review for that if anyone is interested in BBL)
I’ll give you all info once I have my consultation!

Pictures. All the skin conditions I suffer through.
*graphic content*
I suffer through fungal rashes and boils. Sweat gets trapped in my pores, infecting hair follicles, and boom I get this mast thing. I mostly get it in the summer time because it’s always hot. I do put powder and it has kept it at bay for now *fingers crossed* but it’s unappealing. I can’t wear low cut dresses because you can see the powder. But if I don’t wear the powder, my breast will be a swimming pool by the end of the night, and I will get a boil or worsen my fungal rash.
I also have another picture of me wearing a bodysuit without a bra. I look crazy lol. My breast are so saggy they pull my garment down with it. I have no volume whatsoever.

Breast Reduction/ Lift with Dr. Keith Blechman!
Hi! My name is Alexandra and I am from New York City. I am 23 years old, 212 pounds, and stand at 5’4”. I am currently a 38DD and am interested in getting a breast reduction. I am interested in doing this procedure with Dr. Keith Blechman here in NYC. I aspire to be a full B/C cup.
I’ve always had breast. I often joke around and say I came out the womb with these [RS bleep] haha. In all seriousness though, I remember being in 4th grade and having to wear a sports bra because I was already like an A/B cup. Obviously as I got older and went through puberty my breasts grew even more; now to a whopping DD. I remember going to Victoria’s Secret at like 18/19 years old and being told I was a DD. There were like no cute bras for me to wear. And when you are busty, you care about support but you also want to be cute in your lingerie. My biggest dream is to be able to 86 (go without) a bra.
Let’s get into how this has impacted my health. I can’t workout the way I want too. Running wit these breast are so uncomfortable. It’s like running with weights. My back pain and neck pain on a daily basis is overwhelming. I get exhausted very fast from standing too long because my posture is poor. Lastly, but most importantly, I have developed some type of fungal infection underneath my breast. EEEEEK! Last year I went to my local urgent care and he prescribed a cream. It worked, but only for the time I was using it. Slowly but surely the rash has come back. I live a busy life, I can’t keep going to my PCP or my doctor at my Urgent Care for my rashes. I have tried everything the doctors suggested: not wearing the same bra twice, dry completely under my breast, wear bras that absorb moisture...bathe twice to three times a day. I have been and continue to do all of this and this rash is not going away. As of right now I’m using Z-sorb powder and use it under my breast to absorb any liquids but it hasn’t worked. It makes me feel itchy, I feel the skin irritation still but it’s not as inflamed as it once was. In the summertime it’s brutal AF because I’m sweating profusely under my breast. I’m just so sick and tired. I need a boob intervention lol.
I will be adding pictures. But warning, graphic content.
