With years of thoughts, doubts, opinions and negotiations I finally considered the private route for a breast reduction - best decision I have made for my wellbeing thus far. Haven struggled with large bust from my teenage years, which severely inflicted my neck, shoulders and back causing excessive strain, aching pains and constant tension . Following a consultation with Ruiz Agha, we walked through the steps of having a breast reduction, the associated risks, designed my ideal bust size and discussed the possible implications around the surgery itself and recovery.
Fast forward two months later after the consultation and I am now four weeks in to the recovery stages and it is going swimmingly, just under one kilo of breast tissue was removed and Ruiz Agha also recommended an up-lift which was completed during the surgery providing me with smaller, perky lifted bust which has made me feel tremendous in and out of clothing. Not to mention the previous strain in my shoulders/ neck & back had immediately disappeared as soon as I had woken up after the surgery process.
