worth doing

I had my lift and reduction at the end of May 2020 which was 5 months ago. I didn't do very much research and jumped in on a whim after hating my heavy chest since I was in high school. I just turned 40 and am really mad I didnt do this in my 20s. It is the best decision I have ever made besides Lasik. I can wear the cutest clothes without limits because of a bra showing. I am eternally grateful for Dr. H.'s work. I was probably a DDD and now have a D (which looks wayyy smaller on my 5'8 athletic build. My barre teacher said C.) I had nearly 1 lb taken out of each. The recovery was pretty painful. WORTH IT. Every time I got out of bed, it felt like something was pulling my chest down hard. I slept the first couple days without eating. On meds, it felt great to just sleep. It was really uncomfortable just lying there elevated. I started having sleeping problems since my schedule was out of whack. Id be awake all night but also in pain. I wasnt sure I should have been in so much pain after a month and got pretty anxious. I went back to Denver after staying at my parents' near his office. I had drainage tubes for around a week near my armpits which was a little sore. After 2 months, I bought Bio Oil. I am only halfway through it and dont use it as much as I should for scarring. I started working out fairly lightly at home after 2 months. Still hurt to do pushups so I just took it easy. I rejoined my normal barre and and fit classes in August. 5 months later, it still feels tight to stretch my arms too far to expand the chest. I have been able to put my all since I rejoined without injury and being smart about how I feel with certain poses. There were plenty of times I went braless to wear cute clothes or swimsuits since it was summer, but always kept it on at night. I will post my progression of pics. Need to figure out ow to separate them

36DDD and very bottom heavy. I had deep grooves in my shoulders from bra and pain. If I wore a halter bikini, I would have cuts in my neck. It is saying review is too short.........................................................................

I have labeled the time of each photo. When I fly back for the holidays, I am supposed to make an appointment to fix something in house. I dont know for exactly what since he talks sort of fast and I didnt get it clarified. I just emailed to find out exactly what revision he is anticipating. One thing about the pain...your nipples connection has been shortened, and I felt high pain when they were stimulated. I had a fan blowing on me which I need for sleep but that also made me cold so I brought it upon myself somewhat. Another observation, the scars underneath are above where the breast meets the ribcage, so they are more hidden if you wore a bikini and were afraid they would show underneath. I have posted a few pics in bikini and clothes to show how absolutely amazing the transformation is. Dr. Horndeski did a beautiful job. I prayed for him before I went under and he truly completed God's work!
