They refuse to acknowledge wrongdoing

Horrible Experience

Horrible experience and do not recommend. CG Cosmetics is the puppy mill of plastic surgery centers. They only care about the money and upselling on everything. Once they have your money do not expect any sort of quality customer service or support.
Dr. Loessin was a recommended surgeon and after some research, speaking with his primary practice office manager (in the Keys), FaceTime consultations and what I felt like was confidence and reassurance, I decided to move forward. Dr. Loessin travels between the two locations and I decided to schedule surgery at CG because it was closer than his private practice but also cheaper which I found odd.
Speaking with Destiny his office manager at his personal practice and speaking with Martha, the patient coordinator at CG, the procedure I was supposed to receive was an implant exchange/reduction. I was interested in the galaflex and per Martha the only way Dr. Loessin would do the galaflex was with a lift. The entire point of my choosing Dr. Loessin was because he said I didn’t need a lift and could do the implant exchange without one. So…. We decided I could do the implant exchange, galaflex and a crescent lift and in the future if I wanted a full lift we could discuss that at a later date. The game plan was to exchange my implants with implants that were a moderate profile and same size in diameter as the existing implants were very large. Ultimately my issue with my existing implants at the time was the projection (the were 800cc high profile). Well that is NOT what I received. The procedure performed was a full lift, smaller implants and a high profile. My nipples are not the same size, irregular and deformed. My scars are large and because Dr. Loessin didn’t remove my entire nipple when moving its placement, I have left over areola underneath where my nipples were originally positioned which as you can imagine left me with not just the anchor scar but also the left over dark spots from my areola! I had serious complications from the lift that required me to pack holes the size of half dollars that again have left me with hideous scarring. I can not wear a bathing suit top because the scaring is so bad and they come out of a top. It’s embarrassing.
Their post op department is a joke. You will not see your surgeon but another “post op provider”. I kept in regular contact with the post op department expressing my concerns and issues I was having and all I was told was nothing could’ve been done at the time and I needed to wait a minimum of a year before Dr. Loessin would see me again about my problems. Fast forward to current day, the response I received was “you pay for the procedure and not the outcome”. They stated that I signed a consent form indicating I was satisfied with my procedure and not only did I not sign anything of the sort post operatively, but what they sent me was a form they made me sign during PRE OPP while with the coordinator taking photos with no date on the form!!! The remainder of my areola needs removed and I need a complete scar revision. They want an additional $2500 to do that! I refuse to pay CG Cosmetics another dime. This would have never happened had Dr. Loessin done what we discussed before surgery which was ( moderate profile, 500/560cc, galaflex, and crescent lift). The other response I received as to the Why behind what he did was because I was lacking “upper pole fullness”. Again, I was concerned about the overall projection and did not want huge boobs. I am a mother of 5 and at the end of the day, that’s not the procedure we discussed nor what I payed for OR what he was supposed to do. He did whatever HE wanted to do.

They do not care about the quality of their work. They have no integrity and do not care about the People who walk through their door only money. I am now escalating this as a legal matter for negligence and malpractice.
