you're looking for a good surgeon?!? look no further. seriously. stop here.

I'll start with saying I went to a different doctor first. He gave me uncomfortable vibes, and had shady ratings. I found Dr. Heistein and called his office. The staff was wonderful. They handled all the legwork with my insurance company and my surgery was approved! I had my breast reduction at the beginning of COVID, and his entire office and the hospital Dr. Heistein operates out of were nothing short of professional and just incredible. I can't complain with a single second of the process; before, during, and after surgery. I hated the way I looked before and was so uncomfortable, and now I feel amazing. I really feel like I have a new lease on life. It was the best choice I've ever made. I love the way I look now. Symmetry was a huge concern and these bad boys are perfect. I have next to no noticeable scarring. Oh, I didn't mention that I came from Austin for this surgery. His office worked around that with no hesitation. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Heistein. :)
