Even, Proportionate and My Scars Are Minimal

I had an amazing experience with Dr Natalie Ngan.
My breast reduction was the first major procedure I had ever had done - as a 21 year old, finding a surgeon who would listen to my needs, who was supportive and willing to address any issues or concerns was something that was very important to me, and was something that I did find!
The whole process from start to finish with Dr Ngan was nothing short of incredible. I booked to have my surgery with Dr Ngan during my first consultation because I was so confident that Dr Natalie was the surgeon for me. Natalie is personable, lovely, caring and informative - I always felt like I knew what was going on and my questions were always answered. I felt comfortable with Dr Ngan and knew straight away that I didn’t need to meet with any other surgeons.
My surgery experience was also amazing. Due to COVID I could not have anyone with me, which made me very nervous as I am heavily reliant on my mum and her opinion. Dr Ngan visited me before my procedure and quickly alleviated my nerves. I felt very comfortable and relaxed going into my surgery - despite being an absolute mess the day before.
My request to Dr Ngan was to go from my 14G cup to a 14C cup. Natalie assured that she would do her best to get me to that size and she did, which I am so grateful for because I have heard of horror stories where other (male) surgeons ignored the request and left women with larger breasts than they wanted.
Dr Ngan is also very careful - I am so happy with how my boobs look which is strange to say because I hated how they were before. They are even, proportionate and my scars are minimal - I do not look like I have been chopped up and stuck back together. The stitches are careful and neat, and this is obvious now that I am healed.
My after care has also been great. I have had many post op appointments where any issues or questions were addressed. Nurse Cindy is also really lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I am very grateful for her.
Ultimately, if you are on the fence on getting this surgery or if you are unsure on which surgeon to go with, go to Dr Ngan. You too will be looked after and get the boobs of your dreams.
